Returns

Under consumer law, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if it's not quite right. You can request a return and send back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items eligible for return

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• All original packaging and materials must be included
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and expense

Items not eligible for return

Items that have been worn, used or have had their tags & original packaging removed.

How to request a return

Email concierge@bythecap.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We'll be in touch.

Returns fee

We charge a return shipping fee of £5. This will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 90 days of delivery at concierge@bythecap.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We'll resolve it promptly.
